We Thank You, Lord, That Our Life and Ministry Are Set in a Time of Challenge (Prayer)

We thank you, Lord, that our life and ministry
are set in a time of challenge;
that our faith is tested,
our ways rough and uncharted;
and we thank you for the promise
to save us in the time of trial.
Thus you teach us to depend on your grace,
and to live close to you
in humility and hope. Amen.
