We care a lot about how people perceive our leadership–but rarely do we ask God His opinion. Because He does have an opinion. It’s one thing for people to say you’re a bad leader. It’s another thing for God to say, “Man, this guy stinks!” Those are the kind of leaders He Himself fires. Dan Black
